2 6.5 cans clams, minced
1 c onions, finely chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
2 cup potatoes, finely diced
3/4 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup flour
1 qt half & half
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place onion, celery and potatoes in pan and barely cover with water/clam juice - bring to boil. Simmer 20 minutes.
In the meantime, melt butter and mix with flour and half-n-half, salt & sugar.

Serve with oyster crackers.
