1 small box instant pistachio pudding
1 16-oz can chunky pineapple
1 8-oz can crushed pineapple
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
2 cup mini marshmallows
12 to 16 oz cool whip

Directions:

Combine pineapples with juice. Sprinkle pudding over top, mix in coconut and nuts. Blend in marshmallows and whipped topping.

Refrigerate 2 hours
