1 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 ¾ cup pineapple juice
2 eggs - beaten

Cook above ingredients until thick. Add 1 Tablespoon lemon juice, cool.

16 oz Acini di Pepe Pasta - cooked & rinsed & cooled.

Combine ingredients lightly, put in airtight container overnight.

3 cans mandarin oranges, drained
2 cans 20 oz pineapple chunks, drained
1 can 20 oz crushed pineapple, drained
9 oz cool whip
1 cup marshmallows
1 cup coconut (optional)
