Crust:
1 c. flour
1 c. nuts
1 stick margarine
Mix and press into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 375 for 15 min. Cool and crumble up, reserving 1/2 c. for top of finished dessert.

Topping:
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. cool whip
Spread on top of crumbled crust

Topping #2
2 sm. pkgs. chocolate instant pudding mixed with 3 c. milk. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture.

Top all with cool whip and reserved crumbled crust.
Refrigerate for several hours.
