Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 lbs shrimp boiled, peeled and cleaned (save 1 cup of the cooking water, I use ½ cup)
6 T fresh lime juice
1 t salt

1 red onion, chopped
½ T fresh lime juice
dash of salt

½ green pepper deseeded and chopped
½ large fresh tomato chopped (I used 1 1/2)
½ cup fresh orange juice
6 T ketchup
2 T olive oil
1 T minced cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Cook shrimp, strain and save some water. Mix lime juice and salt in a flat non-metalic container. Marinate shrimp in lime juice for 1 hour in refrigerator.
Cure onion in lime juice and salt.
Combine last 6 ingredients. Rinse salt from onion. Add onion and shrimp to vegetable mixture. Serve in martini glass. Garnish with popcorn.
