2-3 Slices white bread (1 1/2) cups
1 c grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 c melted butter
2/3 cup Dijon mustard
3 tbs dry white wine
8 chicken breast halves

Directions:
Directions:
Toss bread into blender till you have crumbs. Mix crumbs, butter & Parmesan cheese into a wide flat dish. In another dish mix wine and mustard. Coat
chicken breast halves with mustard mixture. Dip in crumb mixture and put in greased oven dish or pan. Bake in 500 º oven until golden brown (about 15 mn.

This is a quick and easy recipe which everyone will like. I also substitute fish for the chicken.
