Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe is from my grandparents' cookbook. It is a basic recipe for making Brazilian empadas, which are similar to tarts but covered. They are filled with a savory filling, generally a stewed shrimp or, in Brazil, for vegetarian, using local ingredients, hearts of palm.
