7 tablespoon flour
3.5 ounces of butter
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon of salt

Filling:
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of melted butter
4 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350º F
2. Make the dough: mix the flour with the melted butter;
3. Mix in the beaten egg yolk;
4. Mix in the salt;
5. Line small muffin molds with the dough, making sure the bottoms and sides are well covered with a thin layer, and keeping some dough to cover the molds;
6. Make the filling: Beat the 4 eggs in a mixer;
7. Add the Parmesan cheese, the milk and the melted butter;
8. Mix well and then place a small amount in each of the lined muffin molds;
9. Roll out the remaining dough with a dough pin;
10. Cover each of the molds with the dough, cutting off the sides;
11. Place the molds in the oven on top of a cookie tray;
12. Cook for about 20-30 minutes, or until the tops are starting to brown.

This is a recipe from my grandparents' cookbook. Like most of the recipes, it listed the ingredients only. When I made it, I had look up the oven temperature for similar recipes, and watched carefully the cooking time to make sure the tarts did not burn.
