Ingredients:
5 pounds of chicken pieces
1/3 C ketchup
1/3 C soy sauce
1/2 C chicken broth
1/3 C white wine
1/4 C frozen pineapple juice concentrate
Crushed ginger (fresh) or pinch of dried ginger
drop or two of Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in bowl, and brush over chicken pieces. Grill over barbecue, turning and bastin with sauce until it is done (40 minutes).

You can broil on the rack of a broiler pan about 6 inches from the heat if you prefer. Grilling is better, but if it's snowing, use the oven. (They never have to deal with that in Kauai...)
