Craft Spoons (can get them at createforless.com)

Using a small 1 1/2" ice cream scoop, dole out balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Insert a craft spoon into each and place in the freezer. Chill until hardened. Roll scoops in sprinkles, coconut, or whatever you want, and store them in the freezer on a freshly lined baking sheet.
