1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup butter
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 Tablespoons cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Sift flour and baking powder into a bowl. Cut in butter and cheese as for pie crust, using a pastry blender or two knives. Add water and mix well. Fill cookie press with "star" design, and form straws on ungreased cookie sheets, . But into desired lengths. Bake until lightly browned. Remove at once to cooling racks.
