½ cup of Thai Sate paste concentrated (to taste for spiciness)
2 cans of coconut milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 cups of crunchy peanut butter


Mix until creamy liquid. Pour ½ of mixture over sate meat already on bamboo skewers (skewers should be soaked overnight to keep from burning on grill). Marinate overnight or for at least 4 hours in refrigerator. Remaining sauce should be served for dipping after meat is grilled.
