15 large carrots(cleaned and sliced thin)
10-15 cloves of garlic
3-4 medium onions
1/3-1/2 teaspoon cayane pepper
1/2 cup cumin
8-10 quarts chicken broth
1 cup sherry
10-12 cans black beans drained and rinsed
1/2 cup oregano

In large soup kettle add all ingredients and simmer until all ingredients are tender.(about 2 hours) on medium heat.
