4 chicken breast - thin sliced
carrots
broccoli
onions
celery
bok choy
water chestnuts
fresh chopped garlic
soy sauce
1 can chicken broth
cornstarch
water
mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken and vegetables into bite sized pieces, saute in oil. Add onions, broccoli, carrots, garlic, celery, bok choy, mushrooms and water chestnuts on med high heat in a wok or large frying pan until chicken is cooked through and veggies are tender. Add chicken broth. Mix 2 tsp cornstarch in 1/2 cup water and add to mixture, stirring constantly to make a sauce. Serve over rice or noodles, Add soy sauce a shake at a time while cooking meat and veggies.

You can use sliced steak or beef, pork or precooked meats like rotisserie chicken with this recipe. Also peanut oil and oriental spices (GINGER) add extra flavor to this recipe. Enjoy!
