1 onion,
2 yellow crook neck squash,
3 zucchini,
3 cans chicken broth,
1 drained can of black beans,
1 can fat free turkey chili,
1 can mexican style stewed tomatoes,
1 small can chopped black olives,
1 c frozen corn,
3 tbs taco seasoning.

Chop onion,squash,and zucchini and place in a Pam sprayed skillet; Saute

In a large pot add the rest of the ingredients plus the sautéed vegetables. Simmer 45 minutes; serve with sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese and chips.

this recipe freezes well.
