2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar (firmly packed)
2 unbeaten eggs
2 c. quick oatmeal
1 c. chopped nuts (I use pecans)
1 c. raisins

Directions:
Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon together.
Cream butter and add sugar and brown sugar; cream well. Add eggs and beat well. Add dry ingredients; mix thoroughly. Add oatmeal, nuts and raisins. Drop 1 tsp. of dough on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 350º for 11-12 mins.
