1 pkg cream cheese (8oz)
1 c. shredded cheddar
2 tsp mayo
1 chopped onion

Directions:
Mix cheese and mayo together, add onion. Cut beef into cubes and add to mix. Roll mix into ball and chill. Serve with crackers.
