cinnamon
nutmeg

Directions:
Peel and chop apples. Wet the bottom of a large sauce pan with water. Place the cut apples in the pot and add sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg to your liking. Cook until bubbly and soft.
*when using a sweet apple such as gala, pink lady or Fuji use the sugar sparingly as it will sweeten as it cooks.
