Directions: |
Directions:Mix the meatloaf ingredients together. Form into balls with hands or use a medium size scoop. Brown in butter on all sides. Cover and let cook for about 15 mins. or so. I cook these in my electric frying pan at 350.
To make the sauce: Add butter to pan. When melted, add flour scraping the pan to get the meat bits. Add water, ketchup, dill weed, and cook till thickened. Slowly add the sour cream and continue stirring. Turn down the heat; turn the meatballs into the sauce and heat a couple of more mins. till hot. I serve this with mash potatoes. |

Notes: I got this recipe from Auntie Helen Marshall, my Godmother, at a kitchen shower. She gave me a whole recipe book of recipes. She died this past winter (2009) in Florida. Charlie and I went to her memorial service on Sanibel Island in January.
