2 eggs
1 c fruit cocktail packed in juice, drained,
reserve juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp almond extract
1 tsp butter flavoring
7 tsp Splenda
6 tsp brown sugar replacement
2 slices bread, crumbled
2/3 c dry milk
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and stir well. Spray 2 mini loaf pans. Divide mixture between load pans. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
