Directions:
Mix 1/4 cup sugar, brown sugar, cornstarch, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, nutmeg, and milk. Spread through 2 - 3 layers of apples in a deep dish pie crust. Slice 2 Tablespoons of butter and place on top layer of apples. Combine 1/2 cup sugar, flour, 1/3 cup butter, and a dash of cinnamon. Mix until crumbly. Place on top of apples. Put aluminum foil under pie, because it will boil over. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes.

The pie can be frozen without cooking. To bake, take out of freezer (do not thaw), and bake uncovered at 350º for 20 minutes, then at 300º for 1 hour.
