1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 eggs
2/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a wooden spoon. Pour into greased mini muffin pan, filling 2/3 full. Garnish top of each muffin with a pecan before baking. Bake 12-15 minutes.
