2 c. sugar
2 c. cake flour
2 sticks butter or margarine
4 T. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together sugar and cake flour in a large bowl.
Bring butter, cocoa and water to a boil in saucepan; add mixture to bowl with flour and sugar. Add buttermilk, eggs, soda, cinnamon and vanilla. Mix well. Bake in 400º over for 20 minutes.
Ice with Texas Sheath Cake Icing.

Pan size: 18x21x1 (cookie sheet with sides)
