3/4 cup corn starch
1/2 cup pwd. sugar
1/2 lb butter (not melted)
1 cup flour
Directions:
Directions:
Sift corn starch and powdered sugar together. Add the butter and flour and beat until creamy. With hands, roll into a 1 inch ball and put on an un-greased cookie sheet. Put a thumb print in each one and bake for 12 min until bottom of cookie is lightly brown. Roll in powdered sugar and nuts or fill thumb print with cream cheese icing.
