1 cup sugar
1 cup flour with pinch of salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 tbs. butter

TOPPING:
2 tbs. butter
3 tbs. cream
5 tbs. sugar
1/2 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 1/2 cup milk and add 2 tbs. butter, than add other ingredients. Pour into baking pan. Bake at 325º for 25 to 30 minutes.

Topping:
Boil together than add coconut. Spread on top of cake while cake is hot then return to oven and brown coconut.
