1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
4 cups zucchini
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup white sugar
3 tbsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice 4 cups zucchini and cover with boiling water. Let sit 5 minutes. Drain and put in pie crust; cover with remaining ingredients. Dot with 2 tbsp. margarine and sprinkle with 3 tbsp. lemon juice. Cover with top crust and bake at 450º for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 375º and bake for 40 to 45 minutes more.
