¾ lb +/- Sharp Cheddar Cheese (at room temperature)
1 8-oz pkg Cream Cheese (at room temperature)
Healthy splash of Cognac or Brandy
Directions:
Directions:
Shred cheddar cheese with food processor shredder attachment.
Process until cheese forms a ball.
Add cream cheese…process until completely mixed
Add a little cognac or brandy…taste…add a bit more...process…taste again
Store in glass container with rubber seal.

Serve at room temperature on crackers or celery.
