2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
½ cup sugar
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
1 can (21 oz.) Blueberry Pie Filling
(Cherry pie filling may be substituted)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Add eggs and mix well.

Pour into prepared 9-inch graham cracker crust. Spoon 1/3 can blueberry pie filling on top. Gently swirl with a toothpick.

Bake 40 minutes or until center is set. Cool to room temperature and then refrigerate. Serve topped with remaining filling or as much as desired. Makes 6-8 servings.
