2 lbs. ground beef
2 c. cooked rice
1 medium onion
1 bunch of cilantro
1/2 T. white pepper
1/2 T. cumin

For soup:
Beef stock
1 medium onion
1/2 bunch of cilantro
2 cans of chopped tomatoes
4 stalks of celery
1 T. cumin seed
1 T. white pepper
1 T. oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Boil soup, drop in meatballs when at rapid boil, when meatballs float they are cooked and soup is ready to eat.

Make as spicy as you want by adding jalapeños, more or less white pepper and cumin make it flavorful.
