2 tbls meat dripping
1 tbls butter
1 ½ cup chicken or turkey broth
2 tbls corn starch
1/8 tsp black pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Blend meat dripping and 1 cup broth over medium heat.
In a separate bowl or cup, combine corn starch, ½ cup broth and pepper; stir well until completely combined.
Add corn starch mixture to hot broth; stir until sauce thickens.
