2 lbs ground round
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 stalks celery with leaves, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Parsley
Oregano
Sweet basil
1 bay leaf, broken in half
1 can tomato paste
2 small cans tomato sauce
2 cans water
½ green pepper, chopped finely
1 package crown colony spaghetti sauce mix
1 lb spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat; add onions and celery, drains fat, add all ingredients except spaghetti. Simmer on low of at least 2 hours.
Melt butter 1/8 cup in sauce pan. With a fork, twirl a small amount of spaghetti in sauce pan till it sizzles.
Place half of the sauce into a 9×11 glass pan, add cooked spaghetti.
Incorporate spaghetti and sauce with a fork.
Pour melted butter on top, gently turning with a fork until well incorporated.
Pour remaining sauce over spaghetti and continue to incorporate with a fork. Cover the top with parmesan cheese and nutmeg.
Bake at 400 degrees until hot and bubbly and cheese is melted.
Serve Hot.
