2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
8 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
1 cup sour cream
6 tbsp butter
4 large eggs
Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, sift dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl beat eggs until light yellow, add butter and sour cream.
Gently mix with dry ingredients.
DO NOT over stir.
Bake until brown and crisp about 1 ½ minutes.
