Ingredients: 9 inch Pastry Crust (unbaked) 2 (8 oz.) Philly Cream Cheese bricks 3 Eggs 3/4 cup of Sugar 1 cup of Milk 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Cinnamon to taste

Directions: |
Directions:Preheat oven to 350º Mold pie or pastry crust to greased pie pan.
In a large mixing bowl, beat sugar and eggs. Add cream cheese mixing until soft. Well blended add milk and vanilla. Pour into pie-crust.
Bake at 350º for 40 minutes then 375º for another 10 minutes. Once cooked shake cinnamon over the top of pie with love. Let stand for 10 minutes at room temperature. Then refrigerate. Best if refrigerate overnight prior to serving.

Notes: This is my mother's recipe given to her by her mother. It is still my favorite dessert. She would make it at holiday time for Thanksgiving and X-Mas. She would add a layer of cherries (canned) on top for my fathers birthday at Halloween every year. I am glad to share. I hope it finds someone table for the holidays.
