2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 cups mandarin orange segments, drained
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Glaze:

1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
6 T. butter
6 T. milk

1 cup whipping cream, whipped and slightly and sweetened.

Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Grease and flour 13 x 9 inch pan. Combine all cake ingredients in large bowl; beat at medium speed until well blended. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 35 minutes

Glaze: Combine all glaze ingredients in saucepan; heat to boiling. Boil 3 minutes. Poke many small holes in hot cake. Slowly pour hot glaze over cake. Serve topped with whip cream.
