1 cup butter
1-1/3 cups sugar
1 Tbsp. light Karo syrup
3 Tbsp. water
4 oz. chocolate (good quality)
1 cup coarsely chopped nuts
1 cup finely chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, etc. ... any nut)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, sugar, water and syrup. Bring to boil and cook to 280º. Watch carefully and bring to 300º. Remove from heat. Add coarsely crushed nuts. Pour into ungreased 9" x 13" pan. Cool. Melt chocolate in microwave one minute (plus or minus). Spread over nut ingredients and let set.
