1 6-oz. can canned milk
2/3 C. sugar
1/4 C. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2-2/3 C. coconut
1 C. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients in heavy saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick and bubbly.
Add last three ingredients.
Remove from heat and spread hot frosting over cooled cake.
