3 cups milk
1/2 cup raisins
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
11/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt
1 qt. day old bread cubes


Directions:

Heat milk in a 4 cup glass bowl for four minutes.
Gradually stir in the next 6 ingredients, then pour over bread in a greased 2 quart glass casserole. Cook 7 minures, stirring 3 times. Cook 3 to 4 minutes longer until set in center.
