1 lb. small red potatoes
1 T olive or vegetable oil
1/2 t salt
1/8 t pepper
2 T grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the potatoes into 1/4 in. thick slices; toss with oil. Place in a
single layer in a greased 13x9 baking pan. Sprinkle with salt,
pepper and Parmesan cheese. Cover tightly with foil; bake at
350 for 40 minutes or until tender.
