1 c. brown sugar

Melt and mix in the following:

1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup coconut (optional)
Dash of salt

Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes.
Sprinkle powder sugar over the top after removing from the oven.
