1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. sugar
Pinches of oregano & basil
2 c. Cheddar cheese
2 frozen packages of broccoli
small new potatoes (2-3 per person)
1 to 2 boxes of frozen corn

1. Using the first 7 ingredients make a white sauce.
2. Par boil the broccoli and new potatoes.
3. Line a large greased casserole with the broccoli and then add the potatoes and corn. Pour the white sauce on top and top with cheese.
4. Bake 350 for 50 minutes.

This is a great dish and goes with everything. Nano used to make this at the lake. You can adjust this recipe to how many people you are going to serve.
