2 qts. thinly sliced cucumbers
2 medium onions, sliced thin
2 T. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salt into the cucumbers and onions and cover with water in a glass bowl. Let stand 2 hours.

In pan mix 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. white vinegar, 1 tsp. celery seed. Heat to boiling. Let cool.

Drain saltwater off cucumbers and onions. Pour cooled liquid over cucumbers and onions and let stand 24 hours.

Put in containers and freeze for later use.
