8-9 potatoes
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese
1-1/2 tsp salt
1/2 pint whipping cream (can use Half & Half)
1 c milk
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 8-9 potatoes, peel and shred and place them in 9 x 13 glass baking dish.

Heat the following in saucepan: dry mustard, cheddar cheese, salt, whipping cream, milk, & fresh ground pepper.

Pour this saucy mixture over shredded potatoes. Add fresh ground pepper and paprika to top. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours to allow flavors to marinade. Remove 1 hour before baking to take off chill. Bake 325º for 1 hour. Add a small quantity of milk in the last 20 minutes if looks to be dry.
