1 C flour
1 C beer (you can drink left-over)
2-3 T. Sugar
salt to taste
1/4 t. paprika
cracker meal
onions- sliced separted into rings

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and beer in a large bowl. Gently stir in sugar, salt and paprika. Dip rings into batter. Coat in cracker meal. Cook in hot oil until golden brown. Be sure oil temp is at least 375º. you can omit the cracker meal breading and fry with just the wet batter.
