1 tube Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
1 small pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 jar apricot preserves
Fresh fruit - blueberries, bananas, grapes, strawberries, and/or peaches - enough to lightly cover a pizza pan.

Directions:
Directions:
Slice cookie dough 1/4 inch thick. Arrange on pizza pan. Bake per directions on cookie tube.
Let cool completely.
Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar. Spread on dough. Arrange fruit on the dough.
Heat preserves until waxy. Pour over fruit.
Refrigerate.

When I made this pizza on the 4th of July, I used blueberries, strawberries and bananas. I used a square cookie sheet and arranged the fruit to look like a flag.
