Layer 1:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups softened oleo
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
Layer 2:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cool whip
Layer 3:
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk
Layer 4:
8 oz. cool whip
Hershey bar shaved

Layer 1:
creamtogether, then spread in 9X13 pan bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes
Layer 2:
Mix and spread on cooled first layer
Layer 3:
Mix the two small pkg. instant pudding with milk until smooth. Pour immediately on layer 2.
Layer 4:
When layer 3 set top with cool whip and then garnish with shaved chocolate

You can sub other flavors of pudding and add layers of fruit between layer 2 and 3 for a totally different flavor.
