8 frozen dinner rolls or 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed and risen
3/4 c. walnuts
3/4 c. sliced black olives
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1/4 c. thinly sliced green pepper
1 1/2 c. Jarlsberg cheese
2 tbsp. olive oil
Freshly ground pepper

Spray a 12-inch round baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Roll dough into a 13-inch circle and place in pan. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap. Let rise in warm place about one hour or until double.
Remove plastic wrap and dimple dough with fingertips, making deep indentations. Brush with 1 tbsp olive oil. Sprinkle with herbs, olives, walnuts, onion, green pepper, and grated cheese. Drizzle with remaining olive oil and sprinkle with freshly gound pepper.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into sedges to serve. Serve warm or cold.
