2 tbsp margine
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 10 oz can RO-TEL Tomatoes ancd chilies
1/4 cup dry sherry
3 cans 15oz Ranch style brand black beans
1/4 cup minced cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
In a large potmelt margarine. Add carrots, celery, and onions. Cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Do not drain beans. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes; stirring occasionally to break up tomatoes.
