1 Package Baby Back Pork Ribs, de-membraned (cut off outer sheath)

2 T. Paprika

2 T. Chile Powder

1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper

2 T. Garlic Powder

2 T. light or dark Brown Sugar

1 tsp. ground Cumin

1 T. Dry Mustard

1 tsp. ground Sage

1 tsp. dried Oregano

2 T. salt

1 tsp. ground Black Pepper

Directions:

Create the spice rub using the above ingredients and season the ribs thoroughly.

After seasoned, wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and add 1 cup water to package(s). Poke several holes in the top of the foil package(s). Bake at 275º for 2 and 1/2 hours.

Carefully open the foil package(s) and cover the ribs in the BBQ sauce of your choice (we like Bone Suckin' Sauce, Regular not Spicy). Broil for 5 minutes with the foil package open. Enjoy!
