1/2 C. soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 T. grated fresh ginger root or 1 tsp. ground ginger

1 T. sesame oil

1 lb. whole pork tenderloin

1/4 C. honey

2 T. brown sugar

1/4 C. sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger and sesame oil. Place tenderloin in heavy plastic bag, then pour soy mixture over to coat.

Let marinate 2 hrs. at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator.

Remove pork from marinade and pat dry.

Combine honey and brown sugar on shallow plate, and sesame seeds on separte shallow plate. Roll pork well in honey mixture, coating well, then roll in sesame seeds.

Roast in shallow pan at 375º 20-30 minutes,until meat thermometer inserted registers 160 degrees.

Remove to serving platter, slice thinly to serve.

If time is short, omit rolling tenderloin in honey, brown sugar and sesame seeds.
