2 Squares Bakers Chocolate
2/3 /Cup Milk
2 Cups Sugar
dash salt
1/2 Cup Corn Syrup
1 TLB Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and milk in heavy pan. Add sugar, salt and corn syrup. Cook until it forms a soft ball when tested in cold water. Remove from heat and pour into a bowl that has 1 TLB butter in it. Cool. Beat and add tiny bits of milk if it sets up too fast. Add Vanilla and spread on cooled cake.
